Fishing Update

We were lucky this morning. Fishing Clam Pass with pops. I was able to land a huge 40 plus Snook. Hard to exactly say how big she was but she was from my head to my knee. Anyhow. Top of the incoming tide. With a 3/8 Oz white custom tied bucktail from the shop. Ohero 2500 series reel. 15 lb ohero blue braid and 30lb. Ohero fluorocarbon leader. Miracle fish, she ran from the outside of the pass on the north side all the way past the bend inside the pass. Bucktail held up well. 4 jacks and the big girl and no hair loss and no scratches on head.

4 jacks and one 40 plus inch Snook. Great morning, and the Buck Tail Jig still looks as good as new.
